Worried about your company's confidential information on the Hard Disk leaking out when returning your defective product for repair?

Advantech has thought this through and launched a Data Security Service which ensures your control over the security of your HDDs.

Advantech provides 1 year to 3 year Data Security Service to prevent a company's confidential information leaking out during the repair process. Customers can keep their original HDD. Advantech will then send a new HDD to the customer so they can switch drives to prevent confidential data leakage and ensure their own HDD safety.Data security service is only covered under warranty period.

Your Benefits :
The cost of a new Hard Disk is free of charge in the service period (except for human incurred defect )
Advantech will send a Hard Disk out to customer the next day after customer reports the damage.
 
Customers can keep their disk, no need to send it back to Advantech.
